Responsibilities
- Maintain measurement framework linking marketing activity to outcomes
- Partner with teams to standardize KPIs and reporting
- Develop dashboards and performance views for leadership
- Support attribution and ROI analysis for various marketing channels
- Conduct segmentation and targeting analysis for marketing programs
- Link marketing exposure to field execution and outcomes
- Translate performance trends into actionable insights
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in marketing analytics or related role
- Strong skills in SQL and data extraction
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
- Able to work with imperfect data and communicate limitations
- Experience with campaign measurement and ROI reporting
