Marketing Analyst (Bangkok Based, relocation provided)
About the role
The Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role involves experimenting with various advertising strategies on major search engines and social media platforms, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, and contributing to the growth of Agoda's customer base.
Responsibilities
- Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other search engines.
- Adapt to new product features and implement changes from successful tests.
- Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Analyze vast amounts of data generated by experiments to develop models for optimization and build dashboards for account managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or science).
- Fluency in English.
- Good numerical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Intellectual curiosity.
It's Great if you Have
- Exposure to one or more data analysis packages or databases, such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Academic research experience.
