Marketing Analyst

About the role

Village Capital & Investment LLC is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic marketing decisions across our mortgage lending divisions. You'll work closely with leadership to measure performance, manage marketing dashboards, and provide reporting that fuels smarter campaigns and better customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for marketing and sales teams.
• Manage large marketing datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
• Analyze marketing and sales performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with team members to identify trends in lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign ROI.
• Establish and maintain data pipelines, ensuring quality control and reliable reporting.
• Support KPI tracking and reporting across weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Power BI (or similar BI tools), data visualization, and dashboard creation.
• Experience in data management, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in marketing analytics, sales reporting, or related business intelligence roles.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Mortgage or financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
