Job Title: Marketing Analyst Location: Southfield, Michigan (On-Site) Job Summary: We are representing a marketing opportunity focused on supporting brand, content, and marketing operations across customer-facing channels. Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to help keep assets accurate, organized, and aligned with review and approval processes while improving visibility across multiple workstreams. Responsibilities Coordinate global brand and content update activities across customer-facing marketing communications.Build and maintain organized inventories of marketing assets, including status, ownership, priority, and required updates.Track decisions, dependencies, approvals, milestones, and completion status to support efficient project flow.Support website content and digital asset updates, including quality checks, content replacement, migration support, and localization coordination as needed. Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, content operations, project coordination, or a related function.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience maintaining detailed trackers and creating clear status summaries.Experience working with marketing collateral, websites, presentations, digital content, and project documentation.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
