About the role
The Marketing Analyst is a key member of the marketing team at Headspace, responsible for driving growth through data-driven insights and proactive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Build and extend marketing metrics and reporting to enable partners to self-serve and trust the numbers.
- Design measurement approaches for campaigns, ensuring alignment with KPIs and success criteria.
- Own a process connecting campaign activity to downstream business signals, providing near-real-time reporting.
- Run experiments and apply causal inference techniques to understand the impact of marketing efforts.
- Analyze acquisition and paid media performance, guiding budget allocation and strategy.
- Support lifecycle and retention analytics, focusing on conversion, engagement, churn, and reactivation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or product analytics.
- Strong skills in Tableau and SQL, with hands-on experience in a product analytics platform.
- Marketing metrics literacy, including open and click rates, conversion funnels, CAC/CPA, LTV, and attribution concepts.
- Experience with A/B testing, power analysis, incrementality, and holdout designs.
- Ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical partners.
- Care and rigor when handling sensitive member and health-related data.
Preferred Skills
- Mobile attribution experience (SKAN / SKAdNetwork).
- Experience with Braze or a comparable CRM / lifecycle marketing platform.
- Briefing-free understanding of lifecycle marketing and retention analytics.
- Background in subscription, consumer app, or digital health businesses.
- Experience with HDYHAU surveys and media mix modeling tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in data-driven decision-making.
Benefits
Base salary range: $100,800 - $140,000 + equity + benefits.
