About the role

The Corporate Modeling & Analytics team focuses on building, maintaining, and enhancing advanced models and analytics tools to support AmeriHome’s Marketing strategies and campaign optimization tactics. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of marketing analytics principles in the financial services or mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Model Development & Forecasting - Design, develop, and maintain unified models to track and monitor Marketing performance, including website traffic, campaign conversion rates, paid search ads, paid social ads, direct mail and other digital marketing channels.
  • Quantitative Processes & Data Engineering - Create and maintain quantitative processes including data mining, predictive modeling, and complex data processing to support data-driven insights and decision making.
  • Analytics Tools & Systems Development - Develop and oversee marketing analytics tools and systems tools (e.g., Gurobi, Hubspot, GTM, Google Analytics, Salesforce) that enable data-driven decisions, aligning capital markets operations with broader business strategies to drive profitability and effectiveness.
  • Competitive Intelligence – Assess competitive intelligence tools (i.e. Google Analytics, SemRush, Competiscan, Lashback) and assist in developing a quarterly competitive intelligence report.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication - Partner with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Lock Desk, Bulk Trading Desk, Pipeline Hedging, and FP&A to ensure analytics solutions meet diverse marketing and operational needs. Communicate effectively using data and metrics to support time-sensitive decisions with clarity and precision.
  • Automation & Scalability - Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance scalability, accuracy, and efficiency across Marketing workflows.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred.
  • Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with C#, SQL Server, Excel and Excel VBA, PowerBI.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with statistical analysis, including the use of tools like R or Python.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
