Utilize data analytics to gain insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns. Identify opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, and customer segmentation strategies.
Forecasting and Planning
Assist in forecasting sales trends, market demand, and campaign outcomes to support budgeting and planning processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Reporting
Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations.
Competitive Analysis
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Identify competitive threats and opportunities to inform marketing strategy development.
Ad-hoc Analysis
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide analytical support for special projects, initiatives, and strategic decision-making processes as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, Google Analytics certification) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, market research, and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
