About the role

We firmly believe that small and medium-sized businesses are the most vital contributors to their communities. We strive every day to not only support the growth and profit improvement of American businesses, but to enrich the lives of the owners and their families. By supporting these businesses, we can directly impact the communities they serve. We meet businesses where they are.

The Marketing Account Manager serves as the strategic lead for a portfolio of client accounts. This role is responsible for executing/adapting marketing strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and produce measurable results. This is a fast-paced environment that requires someone who can manage multiple clients, adapt quickly, work independently, and confidently lead client conversations while keeping projects moving forward. While this role partners closely with internal specialists across web, SEO, paid advertising, design, copywriting, and development, Account Managers are expected to contribute their own marketing expertise, execute marketing initiatives when appropriate, and clearly communicate the value and ROI of the work being performed.
