Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and compassionate Home Health Agency Marketer / Community Liaison to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our agency in the Orlando community, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and community resources. You operate with a big heart and a strategic mind, helping families and healthcare professionals understand how our personalized, attentive care can help patients thrive at home. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and an excellent communicator who can confidently navigate the local healthcare landscape to drive census growth. Prior Home Health, Hospice, or Medical Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners in the Orlando area.
  • Conduct marketing presentations and educational briefings to healthcare professionals and community groups.
  • Meet with prospective patients and their families to explain our home health services, address questions, and facilitate a smooth transition of care.
  • Gather necessary clinical and demographic documentation to initiate the referral intake process.
  • Analyze territory market data and implement strategic plans to expand our agency's presence and achieve growth goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of marketing activities, contacts, and referral pipelines using our tracking systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Two years of professional experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or medical device sales.
  • Deep knowledge of the Orlando healthcare market and existing local provider relationships.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required.
