About the role

The Marketer will create an environment that provides strong vision, direction, and support to teams, ensuring growth and success. The ideal candidate is an experienced Health Care Sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on marketing and sales development experience in home care.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, organize, and direct business operations to achieve company goals, directives, vision, and mission.
• Oversee regional budget and P&L, allocating necessary resources.
• Formulate strategies for new and existing partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances.
• Negotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies for high-quality client care, resource utilization, growth, and financial viability.
• Ensure optimal client satisfaction and experience.
• Adhere to company administration and policy processes.
• Oversee accurate timekeeping and records; collaborate with Payroll.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, client growth, and new business development.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or needed.

Requirements

• Senior care experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable sales, sales development, and sales management experience.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Proactive in foreseeing potential issues and providing multiple resolutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with teams and corporate partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook; ability to learn software programs quickly.
