Market Table Attendant

About the role

We are immediately hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support the preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes.
• Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards.
• Manage inventory levels and storage areas effectively.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work at a quick pace.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
