Market Table Attendant

About the role

Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep supports the preparation and presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipes. The role ensures high-quality inventory and fresh produce, manages storage areas, tracks expiration dates, and maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas. Additional duties include beginning and closing shift tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts efficiently according to recipes.
• Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets high standards.
• Manage inventory levels and storage areas properly.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work at a quick pace.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Pay

Pay range: $16.90 – $19.90 per hour, dependent on relevant work experience.
