Market Table Attendant

About the role

We are immediately hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support the preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner. This role ensures the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards, manages inventory levels and storage areas, and assists with tracking expiration dates on all products. You will also maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas, and complete beginning or closing shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe efficiently.
• Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets high standards.
• Manage inventory levels and storage areas properly.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work at a quick pace.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
