About the RoleThe Market Specialist represents RŌZ Haircare in the field, supporting retail growth, brand awareness, and education within an assigned market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with Sephora teams, educating Beauty Advisors, supporting events, and ensuring the RŌZ brand is represented at its best in-store.This is a part-time, field-based role and a great fit for someone who loves beauty, thrives on building relationships, and enjoys bringing a brand to life on the retail floor. You’ll be the face of RŌZ in your market — the person Beauty Advisors turn to for product knowledge, and the eyes and ears that help the broader team understand what’s happening in stores.This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular store visits to support sales, merchandising, inventory, testers, and overall brand executionBuild strong relationships with the Sephora teamsEducate and inspire Beauty Advisors through product knowledge, brand storytelling, and selling techniquesSupport RŌZ events, FSCs, VIB events, trainings, and other key retail activationsDrive client engagement and help Beauty Advisors confidently recommend RŌZ productsIdentify sales opportunities, competitive activity, and store-level challengesProvide regular feedback and market insights to your managerTrack store visits, trainings, events, and key business opportunitiesSupport new door openings, launches, and merchandising initiatives as needed Key Skills & MindsetPassionate about beauty, haircare, and the RŌZ brandConfident presenting and training Beauty AdvisorsHighly personable, reliable, and self-motivatedComfortable working independentlyStrong communication and organizational skills ExperienceStrong retail, sales, education, or beauty industry experience preferredSephora experience preferred but not requiredAvailability to work weekends and evenings Why RŌZThis is an opportunity to join a growing, founder-led brand and help shape how RŌZ shows up in one of the most important retail environments in beauty.
