Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Banking Market Manager and Banking Center Managers in overseeing the cash handling and daily operations of banking centers.
- Mentor on cash handling policies and procedures, and monitor operational and exception reports.
- Support client sales and service expectations by ensuring team members have appropriate product knowledge and conducting relevant discussions to uncover client needs and/or provide referrals.
- Contribute to sales efforts through individual performance during staffing shortages or planned client servicing responsibilities.
- Act as the liaison between Community Banking Operations and Risk partners.
- Supervise Market float positions to ensure sufficient staffing support is available at all market locations.
Requirements
- Possess the required technical knowledge to perform the role effectively.
- Experience with teller and banker processes and systems, consumer loan input and processing, and branch capture and end of day responsibilities.
- Knowledge of workflows to support client needs and support partners.
- Associate degree in business related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in banking with retail sales, and/or customer service a plus.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred and/or demonstrated leadership experience.
- NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.

Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled. Includes competitive compensation with a salary range of $21.50/Hr. - $37.50/Hr., medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, continuing education opportunities, and an employee assistance program.
