Responsibilities

• Act as a culture guardian, promoting all that is good in the culture
• Develop relationships and networks internally to advance our multi-discipline capabilities
• Demonstrate an understanding of the business and CPL’s Value Proposition and how technical excellence supports that Value Proposition
• Ensure appropriate resources are allocated throughout the organization to deliver a high-quality client experience
• Expand our practice both in geography and in total sales volume through a combination of internal cross-selling and external business development.
