Responsibilities

• Play a vital role in fostering strong partnerships with clients and strategic partners within the healthcare market.
• Coordinate with Health & Wellness Market Segment Leader to tailor national priorities to local opportunities in the greater Tulsa region.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and Dewberry's architecture team to create innovative and functional projects that serve the healthcare industry.
• Own key client relationships and work closely with regional leadership to expand the program.
• Participate in project delivery.

Required Skills & Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience.
• Licensed architect in the state of OK.
• Cultivate client relationships and project opportunities.
• Confident and effective interpersonal and time management skills.
• Develop project fees; manage project budgets; review client/consultant invoices, agreements, and contracts.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to pass a driving record background check.
