About the role
The Market Research Specialist operates within the Marketing team, contributing specialized market research expertise to support marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics. This role ensures data and reporting reliability while maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate market research activities with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the marketing context.
- Review and track documentation for market research processes, maintaining visibility of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Document data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in market research deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all market research activities.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management to ensure data integrity and process compliance.
- Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring decisions are traceable within the marketing context.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when market research depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs meet the combined standards of data analysis, process compliance, and workflow management before considering work complete.

Position details

Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
