Market Research Director or Senior Director- For Future Consideration

About the role

This role will lead complex market research initiatives that inform strategic decisions across client engagements in a healthcare environment. The position blends quantitative and qualitative research, insight development, and storytelling to deliver clear, actionable recommendations. It also partners closely with senior stakeholders and supports the growth of junior team members through coaching and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex research initiatives from proposal through final delivery
• Lead quantitative and qualitative research phases, including data analysis and storytelling
• Translate research findings into actionable insights through creative reporting
• Troubleshoot complex issues efficiently during project execution
• Identify and develop new research opportunities while fostering client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior team members, providing feedback and training
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure successful project execution and logistics coordination

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consumer insights or research roles, preferably in entertainment, media, or technology
• B.A./B.S. in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships while providing strategic guidance
• Expertise in data analysis techniques and visualization tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication skills for storytelling and presenting insights
• Self-starter with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
