About the role
The Sales Office Assistant (SOA) – Market Research Analyst provides research, data analysis, and marketing support to commercial real estate agents and teams.
Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on commercial real estate markets, including sales comparables, lease comparables, market trends, and demographic data.
- Gather and analyze property information from internal and external databases.
- Monitor market activity, including property listings, transactions, and new developments.
- Prepare market reports, broker opinion packages, and research summaries for agents and clients.
- Track industry trends and economic indicators that impact commercial real estate.
- Data Management
- Maintain accurate property, client, and prospect databases.
- Input and update information in company systems, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms.
- Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Generate reports and provide data-driven insights to support business development efforts.
- Marketing & Presentation Support
- Assist in the creation of proposals, offering memorandums, presentations, and marketing packages.
- Compile research findings into clear and visually appealing reports.
- Support the preparation of client meeting materials and investment analyses.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure information is accurate and current.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with general office and brokerage support functions as needed.
- Manage special projects and research requests for agents and management.
- Maintain organized electronic files and documentation.
- Support transaction-related research and due diligence efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in market research, data analysis, commercial real estate, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience utilizing commercial real estate research platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The hourly range for this role is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills.
Schedule
- Full-time, temporary or regular position based on business need.
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
