Market Quality Engineer

We are seeking experienced engineers to support Market Quality (MQ) activities, ensuring department performance targets are met through analysis and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze failed warranty parts and test components/vehicles to identify causes.
• Investigate warranty issues related to design, manufacturing, or sales, lead complex investigations, and develop solutions.
• Document findings, prepare reports, and present to quality management.
• Collaborate with suppliers, design, and service teams to support problem resolution.
• Lead problem containment efforts and support cost recovery through warranty data analysis.
• Mentor entry‑level and new associates to enhance technical knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering, or a related field; 2+ years of experience (more experience required if without a degree).
• Strong analytical skills, technical investigation capabilities, and problem‑solving proficiency.

Working Conditions

• Hands‑on vehicle work, lab testing, and site visits within North America.
• Travel between facilities and to dealerships/suppliers may be required.
• Overtime may be necessary.
