Market Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Market Quality (MQ) technical leader responsible for achieving department performance goals, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QIS/QIC technical reviews.
• Support senior leaders with market action strategies.
• Mentor team members in analysis and problem‑solving techniques.
• Lead Critical Item assessments.
• Support claims activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Vehicle and process knowledge.

Working Conditions

• Local travel, including occasional dealership or supplier visits.
