Market of Choice - Seafood Specialist

Duties

• Accurately prepare customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner
• Maintain a current knowledge of products and services
• Be familiar with methods of cooking meat and seafood products
• Assist all co-workers in all Meat Department areas when called upon
• When not assisting customers, you'll wrap, weigh, label and price cuts of seafood, prepare and place seafood and products in display cases in attractive and eye catch ways
• Maintain Health and Safety sanitation requirements

Qualifications

• Previous meat and seafood experience preferred
• Open availability including evenings and weekends required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Obtain a Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment
