Pay

Starting pay is $19.00/hour – $21.00/hour based on experience, with growth opportunity up to $24.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager in daily activities
• Consult with the Chef/Kitchen Manager daily to coordinate timing of orders and production schedules
• Produce sandwiches, salads, entrees, catering trays, and soup for hot and cold cases
• Work the counter during busy periods
• Deliver assigned orders in a timely manner
• Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh, frozen, and sundry products
• Train new kitchen workers and assistants
• Prepare deep-fried, baked, stovetop foods, and salads
• Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and employees
• Uphold health and safety sanitation requirements
• Hold a current Food Handler card

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional cooking experience
• Availability for any shift, including weekends
• Must be 18 years or older
