Responsibilities
- Lead local market-level planning and execute sales strategies, ensuring pricing compliance
- Leverage data analytics to assess market performance and discover growth opportunities
- Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring effective program execution
- Collaborate with distributor leadership and internal teams to align local plans with financial goals
- Support sell-through and activation efforts with cross-team coordination
- Monitor retail pricing and recommend programming based on market trends
- Ensure compliance with data tracking and efficiently manage POS logistics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 5-7 years of sales experience in wine, spirits, or consumer goods with a strong track record of distributor management
- Strong analytical skills, demonstrated through the use of data tools
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building
