Market Manager Imaging Services

Job Summary

Strategically oversee the application of diagnostic imaging technology and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards for the St. Rose Dominican Hospital system. Manage a dedicated team of three direct reports and approximately 190 FTEs, focusing on performance management, staff selection, training, and effective communication to foster a high-performing department. Ensure the safety of all diagnostic imaging service activities, contributing to a secure and effective operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and protocols to enhance the quality of imaging services and boost customer satisfaction.
• Manage a dedicated team of three direct reports and approximately 190 FTEs, focusing on performance management, staff selection, training, and effective communication.
• Ensure the safety of all diagnostic imaging service activities, actively contributing to a secure and effective operational environment.
• Directly impact the efficiency and quality of imaging practices, ensuring they align with best practices and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
• Three (3) years of diagnostic imaging experience.
• Two (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field.
• Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR).
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR), or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT), or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).

Preferred

• Five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience.
• Three (3) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field.
• Demonstrated experience in a complex hospital, acute care, trauma center or stroke center.
• Knowledge and oversight of multiple imaging modalities (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, etc).
