About the role

The Market Leader serves as the senior leader of Trucordia within a defined market, responsible for driving profitable growth, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence. This role holds full accountability for revenue performance, sales execution, talent development, and market presence, while aligning local strategy with Platform objectives. Acting as both a market executive and hands-on sales leader, the Market Leader builds a strong sales culture, expands client relationships, and represents Trucordia externally with clients, carriers, and community partners. This position reports to the Platform Leader.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver market-level revenue, growth, and profitability targets
• Drive new business development, cross-selling, and client retention across all lines of business
• Lead a disciplined sales management process, including pipeline reviews, forecasting, and CRM utilization (e.g., Salesforce)
• Actively participate in and support complex or high-value sales opportunities
• Establish and reinforce a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, activity, and results
