Our award-winning vehicles, the Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, redefine their segments by combining exceptional range, performance, design, and space. We are currently opening our new Studio and Delivery location in Mission Viejo, California, which will enhance our customer experience and expand our presence in Southern California.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall performance and outbound marketing efforts of the local or regional market.
- Manage the Lucid studio in a retail environment, overseeing training, coaching, and goal setting for the team.
- Create marketing and event opportunities to maximize brand exposure and increase Lucid ownership.
- Analyze sales reports and identify business trends to develop strategies for meeting or exceeding targets.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, expenses, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and execute marketing plans to generate increased awareness and sales in the local market or region.
- Manage marketing and event budgets and vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure every customer touchpoint creates customer advocacy and manages escalations effectively.
- Define team and individual goals, implement employee development programs, and identify high-potential talent.
- Resolve people and safety issues in a timely manner, collaborating with HR and relevant teams.
- Achieve studio goals through efficient operations and assist with daily tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales management or related field.
- 8+ years of team sales management experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Proven experience in making data-driven decisions and holding the studio accountable to KPIs.
- Experience in marketing and event planning to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Ability to elevate a brand through marketing and branding efforts, ensuring every customer touchpoint creates customer advocacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven approach to sales and sales operations.
- Impeccable attention to details, prioritizing multiple projects, and adhering to business-critical deadlines.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner within the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (such as Salesforce), and retail business systems.
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year, and the ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable.
- Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time.
