- ... each duty ...
We need to split duties into bullet points.
From Embrace Excellence and Make an Impact we can extract bullet points:
- Act as the commercial face of the brand in the market, embodying Edrington’s commercial excellence principles and luxury behaviours.
- Build brand awareness and relevancy in the Off-Premise channel through trade and consumer engagement.
- Execute market execution of brand education platforms, brand sponsored events, building trade relationships, developing a network of influencers, and partnerships with local area luxury lifestyle brands.
- Work with local distributor network to drive business volumetrically and increase distribution within target accounts.
- Focus primarily on key account management (90%) with limited time managing distributor relationships (10%).
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships across target accounts, spending most time in the field to drive distribution, visibility, and sales performance.
- Partner with distributors and internal commercial teams to grow targeted Off-Premise accounts, optimise e-commerce opportunities, and close distribution gaps.
- Execute local commercial and brand plans, aligning activity with market priorities, promotional calendars, and key growth opportunities.
- Act as the local face of the brand, developing relationships with trade partners, collectors, influencers, and premium retail accounts to drive brand advocacy and consumer recruitment.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within premium and luxury channels, delivering best-in-class visibility, activation, and distribution.
- Collaborate closely with Area Managers, Brand Marketing, and distributor teams to maximise account performance and market execution.
- Manage budgets effectively and provide regular reporting on market activity, consumer insights, competitor activity, account performance, and activation effectiveness through Aforza and other reporting tools.
That seems comprehensive.

Qualifications: Experience with premium/luxury brand building and/or commercial capabilities. Passion for ultra-premium spirits (Rum, Scotch, Bourbon, Tequila) maybe skill? But we can put under Qualifications: Experience with premium/luxury brand building and/or commercial capabilities.
Skills: list: Passion for ultra-premium spirits (Rum, Scotch, Bourbon, Tequila); Motivated self-starter, articulate, charismatic, polished, and professional; Exceptional organizational & event production/management skills; Adept at networking, selling, and interacting with diverse groups of people; Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills; Use of social media (Facebook, Instagram) & technology; Ability to work independently, manage a personal schedule, think creatively; Flexibility to support business needs, including some evening and weekend coverage.
We could also include "Valid driver’s license" maybe under Requirements.
Now Benefits: list all benefits except salary.
Pay: Salary $83,000 - $105,000 per annum + Annual Bonus.
Schedule: 50:50 hybrid working; 26 weeks’ paid maternity, paternity and adoption leave; up to five paid carers leave days a year; some evening and weekend coverage (maybe mention). Also maybe mention "Hybrid working" as schedule.
We need to ensure we don't duplicate content across sections. For example, "some evening and weekend coverage" appears both in Skills and Schedule; we can keep it in Schedule as it's about schedule, but also in Skills as flexibility. Might be okay but we should avoid duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's in original? It appears in both places: "We welcome candidates who can offer flexibility to support business needs, including some evening and weekend coverage." That's under Skills. Also schedule
