About the role

Accurately and efficiently set up, maintain, and break down the Fresh Market Bar. Interact and assist guests with questions at the Fresh Market Bar. Ensure that the Fresh Market Bar is stocked, clean, organized, and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the Fresh Market Bar
• Maintain a calm and inviting demeanor at all times
• Follow written prep sheets
• Follow all recipes and specifications
• Ensure a positive guest experience by ensuring prep items are always available, of high quality, and made to specifications
• Stock and rotate food products appropriately
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and orderly Fresh Market Bar
• Safely and accurately handle equipment, appliances, small wares, supplies, and tools
• Work with team members to ensure a positive guest experience
• Follow all sanitation and safety policies
• Follow company cash handling policies and procedures
• Maintain valid state and local food handlers and alcohol certifications as applicable
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Advise Restaurant Manager/General Manager/Regional Director of any non-routine situations

Requirements

• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
• Ability to keep Fresh Market Bar clean and organized
• Demonstrate teamwork consistently
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining standards of operations
• Detail-oriented
• Respectful of all guests, managers, team members, and vendors
• Available to work a variety of opens, swings, and closes including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lb
• Capable of constant walking, standing, lifting, reaching, crouching, and carrying for long periods of time
• Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction
• Ability to stoop repeatedly
