About the role

This role supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets, acting as a backup financial center leader and market-level resource. Key responsibilities include managing the financial center as a business owner, fostering a team environment, and instilling a client-centric and risk-aware culture. The position drives operational excellence and ensures cohesive financial center operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operates as a backup financial center leader within a market
  • Manages client traffic, engaging and routing clients to foster retention
  • Drives business results through management routines and coaching
  • Creates a world-class client experience environment
  • Manages market-level initiatives as prescribed by market leaders
  • Ensures operational excellence in all aspects of the financial center

Requirements

  • 1+ years of leadership experience (e.g., coaching, training, or motivating a work team)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience interpreting financial reports to drive profitability
  • Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including engaging others in dialogue and building relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks
  • Excellent communication (verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation) and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work weekends, extended hours, and travel to any financial center within the defined market

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (minimum education requirement)
  • Desired: 1+ years of management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
  • Desired: Experience in consumer banking, financial services, mortgage, retail, or hospitality
  • Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Desired: Bilingual (fluent verbal and written)
