Position Summary
Own end-to-end market development from your local base
- Sell new equipment, replacements, upgrades, and full-service fitness solutions across a broad mix of commercial opportunities.
- Generate your own pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, field activity, and strategic relationship development.
- Run the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through quoting, proposal presentation, close, and order coordination.
- Serve as a flexible market builder for Central region opportunities, strategic accounts, global opportunities, and miscellaneous segments that are still being developed.
- Leverage our full-service edge over OEMs and national chains.
Job Requirements
- Track record in outside sales or relationship-based B2B selling
- Reliable transportation for site visits and in-person meetings
- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean background & drug test
- Professional appearance
Work Schedule & Pay
- Part-time (15-20 hrs/wk) or full-time, M-F daytime
- Some travel for important meetings and large and strategic project opportunities.
- 100% commission start (uncapped)

Qualifications
Existing relationships in St. Louis, the Midwest, or other strategic commercial networks are a plus
Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales and market-building
Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
Comfortable owning a variety of opportunities that do not always fit neatly into one vertical
Skills
