We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: "What You Will Do" (description), then "Responsibility Statements" (list of responsibilities), then "Minimum Qualifications" (education/experience), then "About Lowe’s" (company info). There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should include sections: About the role (maybe from "What You Will Do"), Responsibilities (from "Responsibility Statements"), Requirements/Qualifications (maybe combine? The instruction says separate sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have qualifications (education/experience). We have maybe skills implied but not explicit list. We could include a Skills section if there are explicit skill statements: "Ability to lead others...", "Extensive knowledge of Home Delivery Operations", "Effective problem solving, change leadership, team orientation and empowerment skills." Those are skill-like. Could put them under Skills. Also "Knowledge of financial statements and plans." etc. Could be under Requirements? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine qualifications and skills into one "Qualifications" section maybe. But we have to follow headings list; we can omit sections lacking content. So we can have: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including education/experience and skills). No Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, legal, etc. Also remove "Starting rate of pay may vary..." (that's pay info but it's vague; we should not create Pay section because it's not specific; also it's boilerplate). Remove "For information regarding our benefit programs..." (benefits boilerplate). Remove Lowe's description? That's about company; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The About Lowe's section is substantive but not about the role; it's company overview. Should we include it? Possibly as part of About the role? But the heading "About the role" is for role description; company overview maybe not needed. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we could include it under a separate section like "About Lowe's" but that's not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are only those listed; we cannot create other headings. So we must either omit company overview or incorporate it into a allowed section if relevant. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples; we could use other headings? Probably we should stick to those. The company overview may be considered not required for the role; but we must preserve ALL substantive information. However we could incorporate it into About the role as a brief note? But that would be adding content not originally there? It's already there; we can include it as a paragraph under About the role. That would preserve it. So About the role section can include both the "What You Will Do" description and the company overview. Thus we will produce:

About the role

... (combined text)

Then

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility statement
Then

Qualifications

... education/experience requirements

  • ... skill statements
  • . Some sentences have periods inside; okay. Now qualifications: "Bachelor’s Degree – Operations, Supply Chain, or related field and 7 + years of relevant experience. or H.S. Diploma and 9 years of relevant experience." We can present as

Bachelor’s Degree – Operations, Supply Chain, or related field and 7+ years of relevant experience; or H.S. Diploma and 9 years of relevant experience.

Skills: we have several skill statements: Ability to lead others..., Extensive knowledge..., Effective problem solving..., etc. Also Knowledge of financial statements and plans. (that's more knowledge). We'll list them as
  • under Skills. Let's extract skill-like sentences: - Ability to lead others to deliver business results and handle multiple tasks in a past paced environment. - Extensive knowledge of Home Delivery Operations and processes. - Effective problem solving, change leadership, team orientation and empowerment skills. - Knowledge of financial statements and plans. (maybe separate) - Analyzes variances and creates corrective actions. (maybe more responsibility) But we already have some overlapping. To avoid duplication, we could put all skill statements under Skills, and keep qualifications just education/experience. But some skill statements also appear in responsibilities; but we can still include them under Skills if they are skill-focused. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can duplicate content across sections? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; does not forbid duplication. But better to avoid duplication? Not required. We'll keep responsibilities as listed; skills can be separate list of skill-oriented phrases. Let's compile skill list: - Ability to lead others to deliver business results and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. (note original says "past paced environment" likely typo; we keep as given? We should preserve exactly: "past paced environment". Keep as is.) - Extensive knowledge of Home Delivery Operations and processes. - Effective problem solving, change leadership, team orientation and empowerment skills. - Knowledge of financial statements and plans. - Analyzes variances and creates corrective actions. (maybe more responsibility but okay) - Prepares action plans, resolves problems, completes audits and identifies trends. (again responsibility) But to avoid too much overlap, maybe we just include the explicit skill phrases: Ability to lead others..., Extensive knowledge..., Effective problem solving..., Knowledge of financial statements and plans. Also "Serve as the market leader..." is more responsibility. I'll include these four. Now About the role: combine "What You Will Do" paragraph and Lowe's company overview. What You Will Do paragraph: "The Market Delivery Manager (MDM) is primarily responsible for ensuring Delivery Customer Satisfaction thru service and quality control standards, for customers in a specific market for product purchased thru Lowe’s Retail Stores or Lowes Online. Daily interactions will include coordination between the XDT (Cross Dock Terminal), 3PL delivery, Bulk Distribution Centers (BDCs), and Lowe's stores. The MDM works closely with cross-functional business units, including store/operations management, stores, and Field Delivery Directors to identify and implement solutions that support successful home delivery operations, all while acting as an advocate for customers." Lowe's overview: "Lowe's Companies, Inc. (NYSE: LOW) is a FORTUNE® 100 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week, with total fiscal year 2025 sales of more than $86 billion. Lowe's employs approximately 300,000 associates and operates over 1,700 home improvement stores, 530 branches and 130 distribution centers. Based in Mooresville, N.C., Lowe's supports the communities it serves through programs focused on creating safe, affordable housing, improving community spaces, helping to develop the next generation of skilled trade experts and providing disaster relief to communities in need. For more information, visit Lowes.com." We should remove the EEO line and the benefit link line and the starting rate line. Also remove "Lowe’s is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Thus final HTML:
