Responsibilities
- Manage financial responsibility for the medical group, including revenue cycle, cost-cutting enhancements, and budgeting.
- Analyze variances to budget and manage month-end close processes.
- Oversee physician compensation for a group of 1,200 providers.
- Collaborate across various key players to navigate complex arrangements.
- Manage approximately 10 direct reports with a total downline of 100+ employees.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience within a medical group setting.
- A minimum of 5 years management experience within a medical group setting.

Pay
Salary range: $126,962.96 - $215,837.03 per year. Eligible for an annual bonus incentive.
