About the role
The Arc Prince George’s County, founded in 1952, is the largest developmental disability service provider in Prince George’s County, Maryland, serving over 5,000 individuals and family members annually with an $54 million operating budget. Accredited by CARF at its highest level, the organization offers residential services (30+ properties), meaningful day programs, employment initiatives (including Project SEARCH), community personal supports, children & youth services (Autism Waiver, Infants & Toddlers, SAMHSA‑funded Project LIVE), and specialized transportation (Wheels to Wellness). The organization seeks a Chief Financial Officer to report to the CEO, partner with the executive team and Board, and provide fiscal stewardship that ensures long‑term sustainability, regulatory compliance, and mission execution.
