Major Areas Of Responsibility
- Project installation and commissioning
- Aid on installation and commissioning projects in the field
- Provide constructive feedback on package, control, and integration drawings
- Communicate project details with engineers, field technicians, inside project manager, sales representative, our suppliers, customers, and other suppliers
- Solve product and design problems in the field
- Solve application issues
- Solve supplier product issues
- Solve technical design faults
- Provide project design feedback for future enhancement
Common Tasking
- Aiding project execution in the field
- Providing mechanical and electrical/electronic logic design input to engineers
- Aiding equipment installation/performance troubleshooting on the job site
- Teaching other technically oriented people how to operate or manipulate equipment systems
- Aiding design of logical systems in the field
- Aiding engineering research in the office to solve customer, vendor, and coworker issues
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Mechanical and electrical construction familiarity, experience using personal computers and basic typing skills
- Skills and Competencies: Success driven, resilient, high tolerance for change, details, and people, strong logical problem solving, rapid fire problem solving, and idea productivity capabilities, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, extreme comfort with computers and technology, organizational skills, relationship building skills
