This mid‑level position focuses on Marine Cargo claims, reviewing and evaluating newly reported claims and collaborating with an assigned manager throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate newly reported Marine Cargo claims.
• Work with the assigned manager to assess coverage and establish appropriate reserves.
• Undertake claim investigations.
• Oversee third‑party administrator (TPA) handling.
• Manage claim‑related expenses.
• Maintain and manage claims in accordance with Starr’s Claims Handling Guidelines.

Qualifications

Mid‑level experience in Marine Cargo claims handling, with appropriate licensure or certifications as required. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to evaluate coverage, and experience managing reserves and investigations.

Pay

Estimated compensation range: $85,000 – $100,000.
