About the role

This work involves assisting in the operation of the marina, selling gasoline, food, and soft drinks and performing other duties related to boating.

Responsibilities

  • Ties up boats at the boat dock
  • Dispenses gasoline
  • Collects payment
  • Sells snack food and drinks to boaters and other frequenters of the marina
  • Balances daily cash and charge receipts at the cash register and the fuel pumps
  • Maintains the marinas equipment and grounds
  • Provides customer assistance and responds to inquiries and complaints
  • Performs other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates within the scope of this classification

Qualifications

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old

Special Qualifications

  • Must be able to stand and move about the facility 75 to 100% of the workday

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $15.00+ per hour.

Benefits: Not applicable to part-time/seasonal employment
