About the role
Join our client's operations team in New York, NY, as part of a global trading platform that supports trading across numerous asset classes and geographies. This team designs and operates the systems and processes that reconcile the firm's trading with various brokers and counterparties. Given the high volume of trades and complexity of the system, automation is a priority, and exceptional attention to detail is highly valued.
You’ll work within a tight-knit, highly productive group focused on strategic initiatives, leveraging technology and automation tools to tackle a wide scope of operational projects.

- Thrives in collaborative environments and works seamlessly across technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily collateral functions around margin data management, margin reconciliation, and handling disputes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support margin replication, cost of capital analytics, and reconciliation workflows.
- Architect and maintain a centralized margin and collateral data platform for external margin data storage.
- Document and maintain margin mappings and controls.
- Support onboarding of new counterparties and ensure data integration aligns with system architecture.
- Stay informed about evolving margin models and broker reporting practices and help translate them into scalable internal systems.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a Collateral, Margin, or Treasury function.
- Strong understanding of margining practices and products (OTC derivatives, futures, cleared swaps).
- Ability to design and optimize tools in close collaboration with engineering teams; SQL and/or Python familiarity is a plus.
- Clear communicator with strong documentation habits and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Pay
Estimated base salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 USD per year.
