About the role
The MARE Support Staff provides administrative and office management support to help ensure smooth daily operations of the MARE program.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Serve as a back up to the MARE Data Analyst
- Manage files, documentation, and record systems
- Answer phones and provide basic technical support
- Enter and maintain data in agency database systems
- Type and format reports, correspondence, and program documents
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Auxiliary support for data collection and reporting
- Support contract compliance and program documentation
- Complete accounting duties – Track receipts and assist with monthly billing
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; some college education is preferred
- Administrative or secretarial experience is preferred
- Strong computer and organizational skills are required
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential
- An understanding of confidentiality and privacy practices is necessary
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important
- A valid Michigan driver's license is required
