About the Role
Maintain integrity of task data, user data, and mapping locations for site within LMS – PerfPlus with a task error rate of 1% or less.
Responsibilities
- Maintain User Detail/List in PerfPlus in a timely manner.
- Maintain and provide regularly scheduled updates on any RF equipment changes to facility operations by indicating which VMUs are placed on specific equipment numbers for new, temporary, and retired equipment.
- Complete software updates on any RF/VMU scanner equipment and communicate those changes to facility operations.
- Assist OSS with maintaining equipment lists for all electronic equipment (including but not limited to active computers, radios, printers, telephones, etc.) to facility operations on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Assist in site specific initiatives pertaining to employee training / coaching.
- Assist Site/Area IEs in training warehouse supervisors in all MARC software/apps and coaching.
- Perform and support coaching/observations by reporting on coaching process and performing coaching observations.
- Help maintain and develop Performance Accountability Program.
- Assist Site/Area IEs with the audit of incentive programs for accuracy of measurement.
- Adjust Labor Management Software tasks for downtime requests accurately and ethically.
- Assist Site/Area IE with collecting frequencies for labor standards.
- Assist Site/Area IE with performing machine time studies.
- Calculate accurate internal metrics/KPIs.
- Provide data from PerfPlus for others to use in analysis.
- Provide analysis as requested from superiors (existing and new reports).
- Manage and administer associate Incentive programs.
- Creates tasks for area and regional CIT members.
- When all other core job requirements are fulfilled, assist other MARC Analysts with any technical questions regarding the completion of their core functions or system functionality.
- Communicate observed and projected process changes to Site and/or Area IEs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Warehouse experience, preferably in a food or temperature-controlled environment.
- Radio frequency and other warehouse computer applications such as MS Office and Lotus Notes.
- Detail and customer service oriented.
- Planning, organizing, professional written and oral communication, problem solving, decision making, excellent mathematical skills.
- Must be able to consistently lead and influence others to take positive action.
- Handle multiple high priority tasks in a fast paced team environment, and requires the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Abilities
- Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Lift up to 70lbs with assistance on an occasional basis.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.
- Be able to speak and hear for safety and productivity.
- Use scanners, tablets, radio, phones, and other warehouse machinery.
- Ability to lift overhead.
- Ability to work overtime is an essential part of this position due to demand.
- Drive a registered motor vehicle to satisfy daily requirements.
- Have acceptable and / or correctable vision.
- Work in an atmosphere range of +50 to -30 degrees F with a moderate noise level.
- Personal interaction and communication required to and from other people is extremely high.
- Good arithmetic and reading skills.
- Understand and follow verbal instruction, written instruction and company policies.
- A self-starter that can work independently and coordinate with others.
- Work in a fast pace environment with the ability to manage stress and productivity guidelines.
