About the role

A3 Merchandise is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in music merchandising and e-commerce, with a passion for helping artists develop merchandise that resonates with fans.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with artists and teams to develop merchandise that authentically represents their brand and resonates with fans.
• Manage the entire merchandise lifecycle, from concept to production to distribution.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure merchandise aligns with overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in music merchandising and e-commerce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Music Business & Entrepreneurship or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in music merchandising and/or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of music industry and its consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
