Day-to-Day
- Lead and grow regional sales performance by managing key accounts and achieving revenue and margin objectives.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Build, develop, and manage a defined sales territory, including direct customers and dealer partners.
- Drive new business development through prospecting, relationship building, and opportunity management.
- Strengthen dealer network performance by coaching, training, and holding partners accountable to targets.
- Oversee full-cycle sales activities including lead qualification, customer follow-up, quoting, negotiation, and order execution.
- Build long-term relationships with high-value customers and strategic accounts.
- Provide leadership and direction to inside sales and customer support activities within the region.
- Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and budgeting activities.
- Contribute market intelligence and customer feedback to product and service improvement initiatives.
- Lead product, application, and Maple equipment training for customers and dealer partners.
- Represent the organization in equipment and solution recommendations based on customer needs.
- Utilize CRM and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook to track activity, manage opportunities, and report performance.
- Represent the organization at national and regional industry tradeshows, dealer open houses, and in-house events.
- Plan, organize, attend, and present at industry and customer events to strengthen brand presence and market influence.

Skills
- Relevant experience in sales;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships;
- General knowledge of maple syrup production and the maple industry;
- Proficiency with standard computer tools and digital platforms, including Windows‑and Google‑based applications and basic use of social media platforms;
- Comfortable with typing and written communication required for regular day‑to-day work.
