Manufacturing Welder 2 - Night Shift - HOLT Manufacturing

About the role

HOLT Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Welder 2 to join our Night Shift team.

Essential Functions

• Operate welding machines to fabricate and repair metal components.
• Follow blueprints and welding procedures to ensure quality workmanship.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of welding equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in various types of welding techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 1 year of related experience in manufacturing or welding.
• Welding certification preferred but not required.
