Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans that execute the daily production schedule
• Hold the organization accountable for hitting daily goals and upholding quality/operational standards
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop four frontline supervisors and their production teams.
• Lead tier communication processes, standard work execution, and daily management activities to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and execute long-term departmental strategies, capital improvement initiatives, and cross-functional operational improvement plans
