Job Description

This position leads manufacturing operations across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives while partnering with cross-functional teams to support business performance and growth. The role offers the opportunity to lead people, improve processes, and drive operational results in a complex manufacturing setting.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Direct preparation for and execution of internal, customer, corporate, and regulatory audits, including FDA inspections.
  • Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions in partnership with Quality and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop team leaders and employees through coaching, performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, workplace organization programs, waste reduction, and cost optimization efforts.
  • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and New Product Introduction teams to improve manufacturability and support product launches.
  • Resolve operational constraints, resource conflicts, and production challenges to maintain schedule attainment and on-time customer delivery.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Production Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience manufacturing high-reliability electromechanical products.
  • Experience applying Lean manufacturing methodologies, including Kaizen, workplace organization systems, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional operational improvement projects.
