Job Overview
Your Key Responsibilities
- Implement approved methods, procedures, and tools while ensuring budgets and resources are managed as agreed.
- Define local processes and production targets for the assigned segments and keep performance aligned with key KPIs.
- Capture optimal machine utilization and product scheduling across related production areas.
- Develop and roll out production plans, making sure resources are allocated effectively to support daily operations.
- Lead the assigned segments as well as Team Leaders, production teams, and shift structures with clarity and accountability.
- Continuously improve production operations to increase efficiency, stability, and overall output.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of production priorities and local standards.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Operations Management, or similar
- Experience in production management, manufacturing operations, or a comparable leadership role
- Strong knowledge of production planning, resource allocation, and operational process optimization
- Confident command of production KPIs, machine utilization, and budget handling
- Leadership, coordination, and communication skills to guide teams and drive performance
