Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker)

Join Propelis, a company that impacts many brands seen on store shelves. Our Brooklyn Park location is hiring for a 2nd shift Plate Maker role, which requires no prior manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a climate-controlled environment
• Learn multiple aspects of our unique manufacturing process
• Participate in fully paid, on-the-job training
• Pass competency assessments for wage increases
• Contribute to building and growing household-name brands

Benefits

• Competitive pay ranging from $21.00 - $22.00 USD hourly

Pay

The starting pay for this position is $21/hour + $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two, 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.
