Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance production line productivity and quality by overseeing cutting tool designs.
• Lead tool budgeting.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues.
• Develop new tools and machining processes.
• Support line trials to ensure quality and delivery targets.
• Facilitate collaboration with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Communicate technical reports effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-8 years of equipment engineering experience.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read engineering designs and manage projects.
