Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing test systems, fixtures, and diagnostic tools.
- Provide technical leadership and engineering support to manufacturing operations.
- Debug and resolve failures at system, subsystem, PCB, and component levels.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Support new product introduction and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Develop test procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, throughput, and cost.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Mentor technicians and manufacturing personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 8+ years of manufacturing, test engineering, or production engineering experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability.
- Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, microscopes, power supplies, and environmental test equipment.
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting aerospace, defense, robotics, or unmanned systems.
- NPI and manufacturing transfer experience.
- Python, C, C++, or C# knowledge.
- Mechatronics background is an asset.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
